We are just two girls who love to preserve history.

After a bike ride to downtown Dallas' farmers market in the spring of 2013, we decided to embark on the canning journey by purchasing fresh produce from local farmers and experimenting with old family canning recipes and modern ones as well.

We are elated to offer you our products, which use seasonal produce from local farmers and markets.

We are licensed under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which means we are familiar with food safety laws and all the requirements of operating a business in our home kitchen, located in Dallas, Texas. You can rest assured that the quality of your canned goods are top notch.
